EchoX Inviter Kicker addon for mIRC

EchoX kicker is used on channels your opped on to kick & ban
numerous inviter scripts / relays that join your channels to
invite / spam. It will not prevent the initial spam but will prevent
any further spam from that inviter until the ban is removed.
